However, I haven’t received the refund yet- it has been 4 months since a refund was promised. I wasn’t confident they could deliver an undamaged table so I took a $200 credit. They sent another one with the same damage. I’ve ordered two items from Burke Decor at the suggestion of my designer: the Rutherford Console Table and the Royce Lounge Chairs (shearling covered accent chairs). SCAM: Their furniture and business practices are a scam This next part is in response to Burke questioning they even sold me anything! Look up my email! It was purchased on my husbands credit card AND we don't share last names! I feel for everyones misfortune in dealing with this wretched company. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. Not only this, but the return process is absurd: They put the return information gathering on the customer, when I’m pretty sure it’s all on their screens in front of them and you have to send pictures to them of the return before they will issue a return authorization! It’s almost like they place those hurdles there to see how much you really want your money back! They are NOT a consumer/client friendly establishment AND I will never, EVER order from these ‘people’ again! I will not recommend them either. Outrageous return shipping $14.50 ( to be deducted from my refund ) AND also 5% of original cost of $44.00 recycled bag! ( colors of the item on their website were completely deceiving ) - The item weighs like air and I’m not allowed to return it in a padded envelope, it must be in box it arrived in. Outrageous return shipping for a misrepresented, nothing item! Luckily I didn't make a big purchase here, could've been much worse! Disputed with my CC company and got my money back but absolutely ridiculous. I tell this agent that I was told I could cancel my order if it had not shipped by end of May. Again, this was a gift for someone whose birthday has now long passed. I'm now told it will be shipping in October. End of May rolls around, I go to ask again about the status. They sent me a record of the chat to my email that conveniently cut that portion out. I reached out to them via chat and was told that it would likely ship end of May and if it did not then I could cancel the order. I noticed that it had not yet shipped in that timeframe so I went back to the site to look and the timeframe had adjusted to 90-100 days. I ordered a gift for my sister on this site that was set to ship 7-10 days from purchase.
